Creative Project Management Intern

We are looking for a Creative Project Management Intern to join our team. This internship is designed as a learning role, offering hands-on experience in how a creative agency operates. You will work closely with our project managers and creative teams, support client communication, and contribute to projects for global brands across fashion, lifestyle and beauty. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, curious and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced creative environment, including working with AI-supported tools and workflows.
What you will do
- Support project managers in coordinating timelines, deliverables and internal workflows
- Assist with preparing project scopes, meeting notes and action lists
- Help track project progress and ensure tasks stay on schedule
- Support client communication under the guidance of the project management team
- Assist in translating project input into clear internal briefings
- Help organise project documentation, budgets and planning tools
- Gain experience using AI tools to support planning, documentation and project workflows
- Learn about agency processes, client workflows and creative delivery
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a HBO/Bachelor's programme (e.g. marketing, creative business, communications or similar)
- Strong interest in branding, design and project management
- An organised and detail-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Basic familiarity with project management tools, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Curiosity about AI and emerging tools, with an openness to learning new ways of working
- Fluent in English and professional proficiency in Dutch
