Creative Project Management Intern

We’re seeking a Creative Project Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment, working with some of the world’s leading brands. You’ll assist in managing exciting projects across industries like fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and technology. If you’re organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
What will you do?
  • Assist in creating project scopes, timelines, and meeting notes, and help track action items.
  • Support the team in keeping projects on schedule, meeting deadlines, and delivering outstanding results.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the creative team to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
  • Translate business needs into actionable briefs for the creative team.
  • Provide feedback on creative deliverables, such as strategies, campaigns, presentations, and designs.
  • Help with budgets, and project management documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools.
What You’ll Bring
  • Enrolled in a HBO/Bachelor’s degree in a related field (marketing, creative business, communications, etc.).
  • Passion for brand marketing, design, and project management.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and team members.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools, Adobe, and or Figma.
  • Fluent in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
