Loyalty & retention
Repeat purchase is a design problem before it is a discount.
We believe loyalty is built in the ordinary moments: the order that arrives when promised, the reorder that takes one tap, the recognition that a customer has been here before.
Growth that depends only on new customers gets expensive. Retention work makes the customers you already have worth more without buying them twice.
Reasons to return that fit the brand
A programme can be tiers, early access, service, credit, community or simple recognition. We choose the mechanic that suits the brand and the category rather than defaulting to points because the platform offers them.
For premium and luxury brands, discount is usually the wrong instrument. Access, care and priority hold the position while still rewarding the customer.
Modelled on margin before it launches
Reward economics are modelled first: what a tier costs, what it has to return, and at what point a benefit stops being profitable. A programme that cannot pay for itself is a discount with extra steps.
Once it is live we track repeat rate, time between orders and value per customer, and adjust the mechanic rather than the messaging.
